1. Processing Time
Order place hone ke baad banane aur dispatch me 2-4 working days lagte hai.

2. Delivery Time

• Metro cities: 3-6 working days
• Other cities: 5-9 working days
• Remote locations: 7-12 working days

3. Shipping Charges

• COD order: ₹80 total
  COD available hai pure India me.

4. Tracking
Dispatch ke baad SMS/Email pe tracking link milega.

5. RTO/Failed Delivery
Agar aapne parcel receive nahi kiya ya address galat tha, to parcel wapas aa jayega. Reship karne ke liye dobara shipping charge lagega. Prepaid ka amount refund ho jayega minus shipping.

6. Damage/Defect
Delivery ke 48 hours ke andar hume WhatsApp [your number] pe photo bhejein. Hum free me naya product bhej denge. Size exchange nahi hota kyunki custom bana hai.
