Welcome to CLOUFIT. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. Store Overview
CLOUDFIT sells custom printed products like t-shirts, mugs, posters, and accessories. We use third-party print-on-demand partners to produce and ship every item after you place an order.
2. Custom Made Products
All items are made-to-order. Because of the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size ordered, or if you simply do not like the product.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Processing time is 2-7 business days before shipping. Delivery time is 7-14 business days for US/UK/EU. International delivery may take longer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or courier services. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery.
4. Returns, Refunds & Replacements
We only offer replacements or refunds for the following reasons:
- The item is defective or damaged on arrival
- The print is significantly different from the mockup shown
- You received the wrong item or size due to our error
To claim a replacement, contact us at [your email] within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review and ship a replacement at no extra cost. If a replacement is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
We do not refund for lost packages if the tracking shows delivered to your address. We do not refund if you provided an incorrect address.
5. Product Information & Colors
We have made every effort to display product colors and images accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be exact. Actual product colors may vary slightly due to printing process. Check size charts before ordering. If you are unsure, contact us.
6. Intellectual Property
All designs, text, graphics, and content on this site are owned by CLOUFIT or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without written permission.
7. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our products for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, or resell any part of our service without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
CLOUDFIT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website.
