1. Processing Time
All orders are print-on-demand. This means we start making your item only after you place the order.
Processing time: 2-7 business days before shipment.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
Rush orders are not available because each item is custom made.
2. Shipping Time & Cost
Shipping times are estimates and start from the date of shipment, not order date.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking to update. If you do not receive tracking within 10 business days, contact us at [your email].
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, import duties and taxes may be charged once the package reaches your country. These charges are your responsibility. We have no control over customs fees and cannot predict the amount. Please check with your local customs office for details.
5. Delayed or Lost Packages
If tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received it, check with neighbors and your local post office first. If tracking has not updated for 15+ days, contact us and we will file an inquiry with the courier.
We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, customs, or courier issues. If a package is lost in transit and confirmed by the courier, we will reship your order once.
6. Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before ordering. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to wrong address, you will need to pay shipping again to have it reshipped.
7. Multiple Items
If you order multiple items, they may arrive separately. Different products are often made in different facilities and ship at different times.
